Shipping Timeline
We do our best to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, usually within one or two business days of your order. Packages are shipped via Canada Post from Canmore, Alberta. Unless otherwise noted (pre-orders, etc.), please allow approximately 7 - 9 business days for delivery of Canadian orders (international orders may take longer). Canada Post service disruptions may cause delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control.

Tracking Numbers
Most domestic orders will be shipped via Expedited service with Canada Post for a flat rate of $20. This service provides tracking which will be inputted after your order has shipped. Certain items like stickers and small books may be able to go by Lettermail and will incur a smaller shipping charge at the checkout of either $4.00 or $7.50 depending on weight. Tracking is not available for Lettermail.
International shipping
Yes, we do ship worldwide! All international orders default to $25 shipping. Tracking may or may not be available on international orders, depending on the cost to send the item. If tracking is required, please contact us at info@bikepack.ca prior to placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for small businesses are unfortunately very hefty in Canada! Typically, it costs us a minimum of $20 to ship an order with tracking plus additional costs for insurance and shipping supplies. Please appreciate that we are not trying to gauge you. Not at all! We feel that our $20 shipping fee is reasonable given these costs. If your order ships for less than $20, we will refund you the difference.
Smaller/lighter items, like stickers, will ship for less by Lettermail ($4.00 or $7.50 depending on weight) without tracking.
Sometimes packages are returned back to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address entered at the time of order. In this case, we will need to collect a reshipping fee, in the amount of the cost to reship to you, in order to resend your order to the correct address.

Returns
Please contact us at info@bikepack.ca to confirm your purchase is eligible for a return/refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

Do you live in the Bow Valley or plan to make a trip out to Canmore? We have a promo code that eliminates the shipping cost for locals and visitors. Email info@bikepack.ca to coordinate in advance. Please note that we do not have a store front location.
